Overview:
You are Mine Rescuer (MR) and receive a call that a worker has fallen from a height of apx 20 feet in an underground environment. The casualty is reported to be unconscious and appears to be bleeding slowly from their ears. When you arrive, you find the patient on their stomach and see a small amount of blood around their head. The worker who called the incident in has also tagged out all the equipment in the area and removed any hazards.

Overview:
You are working the night time economy shift on a busy weekend and its just been payday for most people. You are relaxing with fellow first aiders at the treatment centre after a busy couple of hours when once again you and fellow first aider are asked by one of the event officers to response to a casualty of 'Unknown status'- Once you arrive on scene you are met by a security officer who guides you to the casualty, as soon as you see the casualty you can see they are laying on their back making "snoring" sounds and have a moderate amount of bleeding coming from their forehead. (Scenario can be adjusted in places to suit your guidelines and practise)

You are working on a night shift when you are called to this 36y female with abdominal pain, the patient has called 111 who have assessed the patient as needing an ambulance assessment.
HPC
patient has had 3/7 Hx of "gripey" pain . non radiating. no fever. patient has stated she feels fed up with pain and wants to feel better.

Overview:
You and 4 friends are walking home from school and witness a car hit a cyclist at an intersection. The intersection is generally not a busy one. The car has travelled across the intersection and come to a stop without any further incidence. The cyclist is lying on the ground with an obvious broken leg, there is a significant amount of blood coming from the wound They are also unconscious and but breathing, but this deteriorates and breathing stops. Due to the impact, the cyclist is now in the middle of the intersection.
The driver of the car is an older gentlemen, he is conscious, but complaining of a sore chest and weak arms, he also has slurred speech. A female bystander has witnessed this accident and is visibly distressed by what she has seen. He begins to have shallow, rapid breathing and anxiety.
